This traditional 'raw food prep' class covers the basics of the raw food diet and how to prepare delicious foods, for LIFE!
The class will include:Raw food - the 'science bits' and what raw can do for you!
- Demonstrations - how to prepare a selection of at least TEN raw food meals and drinks
- How to shop for raw foods (local and on-line sources)
- Raw food real world - how to fit raw into your lifestyle
- Chat - with me, and others on the raw food journey

Throughout the day you will be served delectable raw food, including breakfast, drinks, flax crackers, pate, and sweet and savoury dishes including a Greek-style 'main meal', and there will be 'take-aways'!
This class includes some 'transition food' dishes, which is food made purely from raw ingredients, but reminding us a little of its cooked equivalent, served alongside colourful, juicy salads. The class is most suitable for those just finding out about raw, and those who have followed a partly-raw diet for perhaps a year or two, but would like to increase their raw percentage.
You will leave this class not only inspired, motivated and confident, but with a repertoire of delicious and impressive raw food meals to make yourself and others.
