  The greatest book on raw eating ever published. It’s out of print now, but it may be possible to get a copy second-hand.

After the Essene Gospel of Peace planted the seed, ‘stumbling’ across a blog where a raw fooder had transformed her health on raw food (and in particular lots of fruit) made ‘raw’ a reality for me. I would also like to thank all those in the raw food world who have informed me and inspired me since then.
