And here’s the GOOD NEWS…
If you switch to raw food,
You can reverse damage done to your body.
You can become biologically younger, as the cells of your body repair themselves.
Whether you’re 20, 40, 60 or 80, it’s NEVER too late to make amends for the bad things you’ve inflicted on your body, which have very likely contributed to the minor complaints, or major illnesses, you have now.
As soon as you TURN from damaging and destroying the foods that were given to us, and eat whole, vibrant, living, nourishing and protecting foods, and you give that chemical factory of yours the proper raw materials it needs for optimal functioning, your body will start to repair, to heal, to rejuvenate.
Bit by bit, your body will wipe its slate clean. How much and how quickly this will happen will depend mostly on what percentage of your diet is raw food, what associated ‘detox’ activities you undertake, and also on how toxin-free other aspects of your life are.
You can start on the raw food journey with a high-raw diet to experience the most dramatic effects on your health (although some people do experience ‘detox’ symptoms as their bodies have a big clean-up!)

you can start on the raw journey gently by simply increasing the percentage of raw food in your diet.
